An automatic translation feature facilitates communication with international customers.
CEO Dong-hwan Kim cited Japan's position as the world's fourth-largest e-commerce market, valued at approximately KRW 210 trillion, and its consumer appreciation for handicrafts as factors in targeting the market.
The company operates a Global Creator Registration Program that includes regular education, logistics support from warehousing to customs clearance, and social media marketing for creators seeking international expansion.
