Moloco Partners with LG Channels to Power CTV Ads in India
Seoul, South Korea / Bangalore, India - Moloco has been selected as the video advertising and demand sourcing partner for LG Electronics' ad-supported streaming service LG Channels in India, the companies announced on Thursday.
The partnership will see Moloco managing in-stream video ad serving and providing comprehensive campaign support for advertisers on LG Channels' Indian platform.
LG Channels, currently installed on approximately 220 million LG smart TVs globally, offers over 3,800 free channels across 29 countries without requiring login or subscription.
The service launched in India in late September last year with 70 channels featuring news, movies, music, and entertainment content.
The collaboration enables LG Channels to offer advertisers new targeted advertising opportunities across its Indian channels.
Advertisers can utilize various targeting options, including channel, language, and region-specific parameters on Connected TV (CTV) platforms.
Moloco will leverage its expertise in streaming media and global CTV advertising to support advertiser campaign objectives and deliver optimized advertising experiences to LG Channels' 10 million household users in India.
