NAVER Cloud Launches AI Marketing Solution NCLUE for Enterprises

Seoul, South Korea—NAVER Cloud unveiled NCLUE, an artificial intelligence-powered marketing solution based on its HYPERCLOVAX technology, on Thursday.

The software-as-a-service platform leverages AI models trained on behavioral data from tens of millions of NAVER users to enhance enterprise customer targeting and marketing capabilities.

The new solution allows companies to input their customer data into NCLUE's model to generate unique features for customer behavior prediction and profiling.

It also ensures data privacy, as the uploaded information is neither relearned nor shared with other companies.

Through joint research, LG Electronics has validated the technology's effectiveness.

It is combining NCLUE with its smart home specialized user behavior model, LEAD, to expand customer profiling capabilities and improve prediction accuracy.

According to NAVER Cloud, the collaboration resulted in up to 2.5 times higher click-through rates in targeted advertising campaigns across platforms, including Meta and Google.

The company plans to directly integrate NAVER display advertising capabilities into the NCLUE service to enhance user convenience, though specific timing was not disclosed.

Sang-young Han, head of Global DX & Innovation at NAVER Cloud, said the company will continue to expand its HYPERCLOVAX-based AI solution lineup to help accelerate enterprise digital transformation.

Following the successful initial implementation, LG Electronics intends to expand the application of NCLUE's capabilities to product marketing, content recommendations, and advertising services.

The solution is designed to help companies make more sophisticated predictions about customer behavior by using collected online and offline customer data.

This can transform the possibilities of customer analysis and advertising targeting.
