NewJeans' Danielle Steps into Burberry Spotlight

Burberry has tapped Danielle from the South Korean girl group NewJeans as its latest global ambassador, a move that bridges K-pop and high fashion.

The partnership, announced by Danielle's agency Ador, sees the rising star don pieces from Burberry's Spring/Summer 2023 pre-collection, including the sleek Black Mini Francis Bag.

NewJeans, barely a year into their career, have swiftly captured attention with their fresh concept and style.

Their recent single album "OMG" has propelled them to new heights on domestic charts and international streaming platforms like Spotify.

Danielle's appointment is a natural fit, given her penchant for Burberry's designs and her participation in the brand's events.

Her aesthetic sensibilities align seamlessly with Burberry's ethos, a synergy not lost on her devoted fanbase.

This collaboration marks another milestone for NewJeans, with three of its five members now representing luxury fashion houses.

Hyein joined Louis Vuitton in December, while Hani became a Gucci ambassador in October.

As NewJeans continues to make waves in music and fashion, their rapid ascent serves as a testament to their broad appeal and the growing influence of K-pop in global culture.
