Sui, EVR Studio Form Partnership for Web3 Game Development
Seoul, South Korea - Sui Blockchain and South Korea's EVR Studio have established a partnership for Web3 game development, according to an announcement released Tuesday.
The agreement will integrate Sui's blockchain technology into "Super-B," a game developed by EVR's Web3 division, Nimblebites.
The collaboration will implement Sui's transaction processing capabilities and Walrus's decentralized storage protocol for asset management.
Super-B features a brick-world environment where players use avatar characters to interact.
The game combines 3D visuals with AI mechanisms and decentralized asset ownership.
Walrus, developed by Mysten Labs, will provide data storage for NFT and user-generated content functionalities in Super-B.
The protocol allows on-chain asset storage, enabling players to create and monetize content.
Nimblebites is implementing Sui's parallel transaction execution model, which processes up to 297,000 transactions per second.
The game will also utilize the zkLogin functionality, allowing users to access the platform through social media accounts.
The development follows Nimblebites' completion of private beta testing for Super-B.
The game is scheduled for official release in the third quarter of 2025.
