TADA, Tmap Mobility sign MOU to enhance mobility data cooperation

Seoul, South Korea—VCNC-operated South Korean ride-hailing platform TADA has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Tmap Mobility to expand map platform integration and strengthen mobility data cooperation, the companies said on Tuesday.

The agreement aims to improve the competitiveness of both companies' mobility services through collaboration on Tmap API integration, navigation logic optimization, and mobility data analysis.

The partnership promises more efficient journeys for Tada's passengers. 

Tmap's extensive driving data and sophisticated route guidance technology are expected to provide optimized navigation that considers both minimum time and shortest distance—crucial factors in taxi fare calculations.

Tada CEO Heesu Kang said the collaboration would provide a more pleasant travel experience for both passengers and drivers.
