Yanolja, Google Cloud Partner on Travel-Focused AI Solutions

Seoul, South Korea - Softbank Vision Fund 2-backed Yanolja formed a data-driven artificial intelligence partnership with Google Cloud.

The signing ceremony included Yanolja Group CTO Junyoung Lee, Yanolja Cloud CTO Jungsik Jang, Google Cloud Asia-Pacific President Karan Bajwa, and Google Cloud Korea Head  Ki-sung C.

Yanolja has previously developed customer services, implemented generative AI, and enhanced employee productivity using Google Cloud's AI stack. 

The firm will utilize Google Cloud's AI infrastructure and generative AI model development platform to enhance travel-specific vertical AI services.

The partnership will integrate Google Cloud's AI agents and grounding services with Yanolja's systems. 

These technologies automate information processing and decision-making while providing real-time data analysis capabilities.

Yanolja will combine these technologies with its travel data to deliver personalized experiences and provide AI solutions to travel operators for service automation.

In November 2024, Yanolja executives visited San Francisco to discuss data and AI-based travel industry innovation with Google Cloud leadership.
