Yanolja Launches Hotel Tech Integration Package in South Korea

Seoul, South Korea - Yanolja announced on Monday that it has developed an integrated software package connecting smart kiosks with hotel management and channel management systems.

The company said the package targets small and medium-sized hotels. Yanolja operates through subsidiaries, including Sanha Information Technology and Nol Universe.

The smart kiosks feature self-check-in and check-out functions, facial recognition technology for identity verification, and support for English, Japanese, and Chinese languages, according to the company.

The kiosks also feature voice guidance capabilities.

The system connects to 40 sales channels for online and offline travel agencies, enabling hotels to distribute their room inventory in real time, Yanolja said.

Hotels can adjust availability based on booking cancellations and no-show situations.

The package integrates property management systems with channel management systems for reservation and room operation management, the company stated.

"Yanolja has led the digital transformation of the domestic and international travel industry based on innovative travel tech," a company representative said.

The representative said the company aims to improve competitiveness in Korea's accommodation and tourism industries.

Yanolja stated that the initiative aligns with Korea's 2023-2025 digital transformation strategy for the tourism industry.

The company plans to contribute to the development of the tourism ecosystem through private-sector innovation.
