Zigbang's Hogangnono Launches Nationwide Apartment Listing Service
Seoul, South Korea—Zigbang's apartment information platform, Hogangnono, launched a nationwide property listing service for apartment complexes on Friday.
The new service lets users post apartment sales and rental listings directly through the Hogangnono app.
Listings will be displayed simultaneously on Hogangnono and Zigbang platforms and shared with up to 20 local real estate agencies to facilitate faster transactions.
Hogangnono, which previously provided apartment transaction prices, market values, and community forums, is expanding into brokerage services.
The platform will now offer sales, jeonse (long-term rental), and monthly rental listings for apartment complexes across South Korea with 30 or more units.
Through the app, users can track the status of their listings, including the number of views and a list of real estate agencies that have accepted their brokerage requests.
Zigbang CEO Jason Ahn said the company aims to create a satisfying transaction experience for homeowners, buyers, tenants, and local real estate agents through the Hogangnono platform.
The service is expected to increase transaction opportunities by targeting highly engaged users interested in apartment trades and providing timely notifications for new listings and transaction updates in their preferred complexes.
