Alt.town $TOWN Token Listed on Binance Alpha Platform

Seoul, South Korea - KY International Inc. announced that its digital token, $TOWN, was listed on Binance Alpha on Tuesday.

Binance Alpha is a wallet-based listing program operated by the cryptocurrency exchange, the company said. KY International operates a Web3 platform called Alt.town.

The Alt.town platform involves virtual creator intellectual property tokenization, according to KY International.

The company stated that Alt.town was founded by a former chief technology officer of SM Entertainment and other personnel with experience in content and blockchain.

KY International said Alt.town was selected for Binance's Most Valuable Builder Season 8 program and has integrated with Binance Wallet.

The company announced a trading contest running until Sept. 26 with 202,000 $TOWN tokens as prizes. Rankings will be based on limit order trading volume, with 100,000 tokens going to the top participant.

Chief Executive Joo Sang-sik said the Binance Alpha listing represents a significant step for Alt.town as it seeks to expand its presence as a global fandom platform.

Joo said the company aims to integrate Korean content with Web3 technology.

KY International said the listing is intended to support international growth.
