JAKARTA, Indonesia - KREAM opened a pop-up store for Korean fashion brand LECC PROJECT in Jakarta on September 19, the company said.

The store will operate for approximately one month at PIK Avenue shopping mall in Jakarta. KREAM described PIK Avenue as a shopping complex that houses global fashion brands and cultural content.

LECC PROJECT produces unisex contemporary fashion with modern and minimal designs.

The company stated the brand has customers among young consumers in Korea and Asian markets.

KREAM announced that it has established a partnership with Bank Central Asia, Indonesia's largest private bank, to offer discounts to more than 25 million customers.

The company is also working with Kick Avenue, an Indonesian consumer-to-consumer platform in which KREAM has invested.

The company said its marketing includes events with local influencers, social media campaigns, and media promotion.

KREAM previously operated pop-up stores in Indonesia for Korean brands Blue Elephant and Stand Oil.

The company said shopping mall management requested extended operations for those stores.

Stand Oil will open a standalone flagship store in Indonesia in October, according to KREAM.

The company said the pop-up stores function as testing grounds for Korean brands before formal market entry.

"KREAM's proven global retail capabilities and local networks, demonstrated through successful popups for Blue Elephant and Stand Oil, will drive high performance for this LECC PROJECT popup as well," a KREAM representative said.

KREAM stated it plans to continue supporting Korean fashion brands' global market expansion.
