Standalone revenue rose 14 percent year-on-year to KRW 202.5 billion (US$140.27 million).

The company maintained a current ratio of 135 percent, excluding redeemable convertible preference shares.

The 2025 results reflected a shift in product distribution.

Sneakers, which accounted for about half of total transaction volume in 2024, fell to 37 percent in 2025. Non-sneaker categories made up 63 percent of transactions.

Technology products, primarily smartphones, became the second-largest trading category.

KREAM also reported growth in transactions for apparel, luxury goods, and lifestyle products.

In January, KREAM entered the real asset trading market with the launch of KREAM Gold, a brokerage service for gold and silver.

The company is also increasing capital expenditures on automated inspection infrastructure for its luxury goods segment.

KREAM’s Japanese subsidiary, SODA, reported revenue of KRW 190.4 billion (US$131.89 million) for 2025, representing a 57 percent year-on-year increase.

SODA holds the largest market share in Japan’s premium trading card game sector.

The subsidiary’s transaction volume rose 218 percent online and 194 percent offline compared with the previous year.

KREAM is integrating operations across Asian markets through a network that includes SNKR DUNK in Japan, SASOM in Thailand, and KICK AVENUE in Indonesia, aiming to build a unified distribution infrastructure.

Chief Executive Chang-wook Kim said 2025 was characterized by category diversification, operational efficiency, and infrastructure investments, including new inspection equipment and a flagship store in Dosan.

Kim said the company aims to scale operations across Asia based on its intellectual property portfolio.
