LG to Display Home Robot at CES 2026

SEOUL, South Korea - LG Electronics said on Thursday it will present a home robot designated LG CLOiD at CES 2026, scheduled for January 6-9 in Las Vegas.

The robot is designed to perform household tasks, LG said in a statement. The company described the product as part of its "Zero Labor Home" concept.

LG CLOiD is equipped with two articulated arms, each powered by motors providing seven degrees of freedom, according to the statement. 

Each hand has five individually actuated fingers.

The robot contains a chipset integrated in the head unit, along with a display, speaker, camera, and sensors, LG said.

The company stated the robot uses technology it calls Affectionate Intelligence for navigation and interaction.

LG said it established the HS Robotics Lab within its Home Appliance Solution Company to develop robotics technologies.

The company stated it is conducting research initiatives and partnerships with robotics companies in South Korea and internationally.

The robot will be displayed at booth 15004 at the Las Vegas Convention Center during the CES 2026, LG said.
