LY Corp Launches ‘Yahoo! Omakase Partner’ Service Integration on Yahoo! Shopping

TOKYO, Japan – LY Corporation announced Monday the launch of Yahoo! Omakase Partner, a service platform for booking furniture assembly, home cleaning, appliance installation, and related services.

The company introduced a feature that lets users combine physical products with professional services in a single transaction.

The feature is available for some categories, with expansion to all service sectors planned by May.

The platform consolidates service categories, including furniture and appliance installation, repairs, renovations, air-conditioner cleaning, general house cleaning, tire replacement, vehicle services, oversized waste collection, rentals, laundry services, and clothing alterations.

Users buying items such as washing machines or automotive tires can select and pay for installation or mounting services at checkout.

Participating merchants can display service offerings on product detail pages and cart pages.

Transactions through Yahoo! Omakase Partner remain eligible for PayPay Points, consistent with standard product purchases on Yahoo! Shopping.

The company said it plans to continue expanding service coverage and improving quality.
