Seoul, South Korea - Naver Corp. launched an artificial intelligence advertising tool for e-commerce sellers and introduced a mileage incentive program, which began on July 3.

The South Korean internet company said Smart Store sellers can receive mileage points through its "Growth Mileage" program.

These points can be converted to credits for the company's "ADVoost Shopping" advertising system or used for customer marketing activities.

ADVoost Shopping automatically adjusts shopping advertisements in real-time using AI technology based on Naver Shopping product data, according to the company.

Naver announced that it will launch an "AI RIDE" campaign in August, offering free access to ADVoost Shopping to selected participants from the Growth Mileage program.

The company stated that the program targets sellers with limited experience in AI technology.

Recruitment for the AI RIDE program begins on July 7, with operations commencing in August following a screening process.

Participants will receive usage guides and additional advertising subsidies, Naver said.

The ADVoost Shopping tool is part of Naver's ADVoost AI advertising solution portfolio.

"We expect this to provide an opportunity for sellers to directly experience the efficiency and performance of AI-powered advertising campaign operations in the increasingly complex digital advertising environment," Han Jae-young, Naver's advertising business leader, said in a statement.

Han added that the company will continue supporting sellers and advertisers in adapting to AI-based advertising environments.

Naver said it plans to analyze seller usage patterns and feedback to enhance its solution capabilities.

The company operates South Korea's dominant search engine and Smart Store e-commerce platform.
