Naver Launches Unified AI Ad Platform

Naver Corp introduces a unified advertising platform merging search and display ads, featuring an AI-driven Insight tool and new dashboards.

​​Seoul, South Korea - Naver Corp said Wednesday it had launched a unified advertising platform that combines its search and display ad systems and adds artificial-intelligence-based analytics tools.

According to the company, the platform enables advertisers to manage multiple campaign types in a single interface.

The platform features a dashboard that consolidates performance metrics and provides breakdowns by day of the week, time of day, and conversion type.

The company stated that the platform includes an "Attribution Conversion" metric, which uses valid clicks to measure user responses.

It also added a “Period Comparison” function that lets advertisers compare results across different time periods.

Naver also released a beta version of “Insight,” an artificial intelligence tool that analyzes campaign data and generates recommendations.

According to Naver, the tool is intended to help small and medium-sized businesses manage advertising campaigns.

"The new advertising platform focuses on supporting advertiser performance optimization by overhauling usability to be more intuitive and providing an efficient data utilization environment," Dong-hwan Park, head of Naver’s advertiser service planning, said in a statement.

Park added that Naver plans to continue upgrading the platform with artificial intelligence features tailored to different types of advertisers.
