Seoul, South Korea - Nota AI announced Tuesday the commercial launch of NVA (Nota Vision Agent), a video monitoring solution that uses Vision-Language Models for real-time analysis.

The company said NVA interprets video scenes by analyzing object relationships and detecting operational procedure violations.

Nota AI stated it is the first Korean company to deploy such technology in industrial environments.

The system generates alerts within 2.5 seconds when integrated with field equipment, according to the company.

Nota AI said traditional video monitoring systems detect individual objects but have limitations. Including false positives and missed detections.

Nota AI conducted field testing at Kolon Industries' Gimcheon 2 Plant through an eight-scenario proof of concept with Kolon Benit.

A Kolon Industries representative said NVA "elevates monitoring to a new level by detecting violations of standard operating procedures and identifying complex risk patterns before they escalate."

The company said NVA can detect scenarios such as workers operating alone on ladders without safety equipment.

The system operates through natural language queries and generates automated reports, according to Nota AI.

Nota AI said NVA requires less than one week to implement new detection rules, compared to more than three months for traditional AI monitoring solutions.

Complete system installation takes two to three weeks, the company stated.

The solution integrates with existing closed-circuit television infrastructure and includes end-to-end encryption, according to Nota AI.

The company said the system scales across facility sizes.

Nota AI said it plans expansion to the Middle East and North America.

The company stated it is testing applications across industrial safety, monitoring systems, intelligent transportation, retail operations, and childcare facilities while developing partnerships.

The company said it is among the few firms globally to deploy Vision-Language Model solutions in operational industrial environments.
