SEOUL, South Korea /ALAMEDA, CA - Nota AI, a Seoul-based artificial intelligence optimization company, has formed a strategic partnership with California software developer Wind River to integrate AI model optimization technology into edge computing platforms.

The agreement will embed Nota AI's NetsPresso platform into Wind River Studio Developer, creating integrated workflows for AI model deployment on edge devices.

The partnership targets applications across the automotive, mobile, and Internet of Things industries.

Under the arrangement, three technical integration points will be established.

The companies will connect Wind River's digital feedback systems with Nota AI's optimization platform for real-time model adjustments.

Automated testing capabilities will be developed for AI workflows.

Virtual laboratory environments will enable remote validation of AI models on edge hardware configurations.

Through this collaboration, the two companies expect to resolve technical issues that arise when deploying AI models on edge devices with limited resources.

For reference, in general situations, model optimization is necessary for practical implementation due to limitations in processing power and memory.

Nota AI's NetsPresso platform compresses and optimizes AI models for on-device execution, while Wind River Studio Developer provides development infrastructure for mission-critical edge computing systems.

The integration aims to reduce manual processes in AI model deployment and accelerate development cycles.

Wind River has been operating in embedded systems development for more than four decades, serving the automotive, aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, and telecommunications sectors.

The Alameda-based company develops software for intelligent edge applications.

Nota AI operates facilities in the United States and Germany and has announced expansion plans for the Middle East and Southeast Asian markets.

The company received recognition in CB Insights' annual list of innovative AI startups.

The partnership represents Wind River's continued focus on edge computing applications as AI deployment shifts from centralized cloud systems to distributed edge devices across various industries.
