Nota AI Partners with UAE's Alliance Traffic Systems for Smart Traffic Solutions

Dubai, UAE - South Korean AI firm Nota AI signed a memorandum of understanding with Alliance Traffic Systems (ATS) to deploy intelligent transportation solutions in the United Arab Emirates, marking its entry into the Middle Eastern market.

The partnership will launch a proof-of-concept project with Dubai's Road and Transport Authority, implementing Nota AI's vision language model-based traffic analysis technology.

ATS, which has managed major traffic projects in Abu Dhabi since 2008, will facilitate Nota AI's expansion in the Gulf Cooperation Council region through its established infrastructure networks.

The project will utilize Nota AI's on-device artificial intelligence technology for real-time traffic analysis, aiming to reduce congestion in Middle Eastern cities.

"This proof-of-concept project offers a unique opportunity to validate our VLM-based on-device AI solution," said Nota AI CEO Myungsu Chae.

The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the agreement.
