Rakuten Insight Launches AI Survey Analysis Tool

Tokyo, Japan - Rakuten Insight Corp. said Thursday that it has launched an artificial intelligence tool to analyze internet survey data, making the service available at no cost to organizations that have conducted surveys through the company.

The "Raku Raku Researcher" tool uses AI to read survey data tables and generate analysis comments for individual questions as well as summary reports, the company stated.

Users can adjust the generated content in dialogue with the system.

The service launched Thursday for companies and organizations that have commissioned internet surveys from Rakuten Insight, providing access to past survey data, the company said.

The AI system offers two analysis modes using distinct programmed personas.

One persona, "Ai," delivers standard evaluation and analysis, while another, "Shin," focuses on narrative-based scoring approaches, the company said.

Rakuten Insight said the tool was developed under the supervision of experienced researchers.

The company said internet survey analysis typically requires significant time and expertise, leading organizations to outsource such work to professional analysts.

The system is accessible via the company's website.

Rakuten Insight did not disclose usage projections or technical specifications for the AI platform.

The company said it plans to continue developing combinations of internet research and digital marketing support services.
