Barcelona, Spain—SK Telecom (NYSE: SKM) and Schneider Electric announced a strategic partnership focused on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for artificial intelligence data centers at Mobile World Congress 2025.

The companies will initially cooperate on hyperscale AIDC construction and development in key Korean regions.

Their work will cover the entire MEP sector, including component and product solutions and consulting services.

Schneider Electric specializes in power and distribution technology for AI data centers, providing integrated infrastructure solutions from design through operation.

AIDC MEP systems are essential for stability and efficiency throughout the data center lifecycle.

The partnership aims to combine SK Telecom's AIDC operational knowledge with Schneider Electric's MEP systems, power, cooling, and data center management capabilities.

Both companies intend to use this collaboration as a foundation for the global market expansion of AIDC projects.
