Yanolja Cloud Reports 10x Transaction Volume Growth

South Korean travel tech firm Yanolja Cloud reports 10-fold increase in global transaction volume to $10.2B, driven by Data/SaaS growth.

SEOUL, South KoreaYanolja Cloud, the enterprise arm of South Korean travel technology company Yanolja, said Thursday its global integrated transaction volume reached KRW 13.8 trillion (US$10.2 billion) in the first half of 2025, up from KRW 1.3 trillion (US$963 million) during the same period in 2023, according to company data.

International transactions accounted for 91 percent of the company’s total volume.

The Europe, Middle East, and Africa region accounted for KRW 6.4 trillion (approximately US$4.7 billion), representing a 96 percent increase from the previous year.

The Americas region recorded KRW 4.2 trillion (approximately US$3.1 billion), representing a 105 percent growth.

Asia, excluding South Korea, posted KRW 2 trillion (US$1.5 billion), a 129 percent increase.

The company reported revenue of KRW 158.8 billion (approximately US$118 million) for the six months, compared to KRW 59.3 billion (approximately US$44 million) in the first half of 2023.

Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization were KRW 38.8 billion (US$29 million), versus a loss of KRW 8.8 billion (US$6.5 million) two years earlier.

The adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 24.4 percent.

Data and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) operations delivered 92 percent year-over-year revenue growth and accounted for 27 percent of total revenue.

The segment contributed 35 percent of adjusted EBITDA.

The company’s Data/SaaS segment includes AI-powered data and hospitality solutions.

“Yanolja Cloud has built distinctive Data/SaaS capabilities as a travel industry-focused vertical AI company,” said Jeff Kim, chief executive of Yanolja Cloud.

The company plans to strengthen its global data infrastructure and develop hotel operation automation and customer personalization technologies.
