Yanolja H1 2025: KRW 16.4 Trillion Transaction Volume

Yanolja reports KRW 16.4 trillion transaction volume for H1 2025, with international transactions at 77% and revenue of KRW 462.7 billion.

Seoul, South Korea — Yanolja reported aggregate transaction volume of KRW 16.4 trillion (US$12.1 billion) for the six months ended June 30, 2025, compared with KRW 9.8 trillion for the same period in 2024.

International transactions accounted for 77% of the aggregate transaction volume during the reporting period, compared with 63% in the first half of 2024.

Consolidated revenue under Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS) totaled KRW 462.7 billion (US$343 million) for the six months, compared with KRW 432.1 billion in the prior year period.

Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization were KRW 56.7 billion (US$42 million), yielding a margin of 12.3%.

The Enterprise Solution division reported revenue of KRW 158.8 billion (US$118 million), up from KRW 126.8 billion in the first half of 2024.

Adjusted EBITDA for the division was KRW 38.8 billion (US$29 million), compared with KRW 29.5 billion in the prior-year period.

The Consumer Platform division reported revenue of KRW 322.8 billion (US$239 million), compared with KRW 323.8 billion in the first half of 2024.

Adjusted EBITDA for the division was KRW 35.7 billion (US$26 million), down from KRW 57.0 billion in the prior-year period.

Consolidated operating income was KRW 2.5 billion (US$1.9 million), compared with KRW 32.1 billion in the first half of 2024.

The Holdings division reported revenue of KRW 4.6 billion (US$3.4 million) and an adjusted EBITDA loss of KRW 11.3 billion (US$8.4 million) for the period.

The company also stated that international aggregate transaction volume comprised 77 percent of total volume, and that the data and software-as-a-service business segments increased their proportional contribution during the period.

Yanolja operates in over 200 countries, providing a data platform service that connects travelers with service providers.

The company incorporates travel data and artificial intelligence technology into its service offerings.

Adjusted EBITDA is a non-Korean IFRS financial measure, according to the company.

Divisional Financial Performance (H1 2025, KRW billions): 

  • Enterprise Solution division revenue: 158.8; adjusted EBITDA: 38.8. 
  • Consumer Platform division revenue: 322.8; adjusted EBITDA: 35.7. 
  • Holdings division revenue: 4.6; adjusted EBITDA: -11.3. 
  • Consolidated revenue: 462.7; adjusted EBITDA: 56.7.
