SEOUL, South Korea — Yanolja reported Tuesday that its consolidated revenue for the 2025 fiscal year exceeded KRW 1 trillion (US$692.69 million) for the first time, citing growth in its global data solutions business.

Under Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS), revenue rose 11.3 percent year-on-year to KRW 1.029 trillion (US$712.78 million).

Total Transaction Value (TTV) increased 44.9 percent to KRW 39.2 trillion (US$27.15 billion).

Yanolja attributed the TTV growth to its data solutions operations and increased transaction volumes in global markets, including Europe and Latin America.

Consolidated adjusted EBITDA for the year declined 12.8 percent to KRW 100 billion (US$69.27 million). Yanolja attributed the decrease to continued research and development investments in artificial intelligence.

The Enterprise Solutions (ES) division recorded a 20.5 percent year-on-year increase in revenue to KRW 352.6 billion (US$244.24 million), with adjusted EBITDA rising 30.3 percent to KRW 88.2 billion (US$61.10 million).

Yanolja attributed the increase to the expanded distribution of artificial intelligence and data-driven automation solutions to global travel operators.

The Consumer Platform (CP) division posted revenue of KRW 723.7 billion (US$501.30 million), a 7.8 percent increase, while adjusted EBITDA was KRW 49.1 billion (US$34.01 million).

According to the company, the margin reflects investments in customer service and marketing expenditures.
