Yogiyo Joins OpenAI’s ChatGPT App Interface

Seoul, South Korea - Yogiyo announced Tuesday that it would integrate its services into OpenAI’s "Apps in ChatGPT" ecosystem.

The company said it is the first domestic delivery operator to provide restaurant search, menu recommendations, and store data through the ChatGPT interface.

According to Yogiyo, the service is designed for the platform’s estimated 800 million users, connecting natural language queries to the company’s delivery database.

To access the function, users select the "Apps" tab in the ChatGPT menu or call the "Yogiyo" application within the dialogue window.

Queries for specific food items or locations return a list of merchant data. Selected stores are presented via visual widgets that include location information, menu details, and customer reviews.

The interface includes an "Order on Yogiyo" button. This link redirects mobile users to the Yogiyo application and desktop users to its official website to complete transactions.

The company said it is conducting technical reviews regarding the integration of direct ordering and payment processing within the ChatGPT environment.

"We have established a basis for users to search and access restaurant information through ChatGPT," a Yogiyo official said, noting that technical development for the ordering process is ongoing.
