11st Partners with JD.com for S.Korea-China Cross-Border Sales

11st and JD.com sign a strategic MOU to launch a cross-border export service for South Korean sellers in H1 2026, leveraging JD Logistics for delivery.

BEIJING, China / Seoul, South Korea — 11st announced on Thursday a partnership with JD.com to facilitate cross-border exports for South Korean sellers.

The arrangement is intended to establish a distribution channel between South Korea and China using JD.com's platform and logistics infrastructure.

The agreement was finalized at JD.com's Beijing headquarters on February 4. 

Representatives from 11st, JD Cross-border, and JD Logistics signed a memorandum of understanding to launch an export service in the first half of 2026.

Under the terms, 11st sellers will be able to list and sell products to Chinese consumers through JD Worldwide, JD.com's cross-border platform.

JD Worldwide currently hosts over 20,000 brands from more than 100 countries.

JD Logistics, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, will handle warehousing, customs clearance, and delivery.

The integration is designed to reduce entry barriers for South Korean small and medium-sized enterprises by simplifying documentation and logistics processes.

JD.com operates a direct-purchase business model and has stated a goal of attracting 1,000 international brands and achieving cumulative sales growth of 10 billion yuan within three years.

Hyunho Shin, Head of Strategy Group at 11st, said the collaboration would establish a distribution pipeline connecting the two markets.

Marcia Mao, Head of Business at JD Cross-border, indicated the partnership would expand the availability of South Korean beauty, digital, and household products on the platform.

The companies said they plan to explore import opportunities and potentially introduce JD.com inventory to the South Korean market through 11st.
