CJ Logistics Showcases High-Tech Capabilities to Saudi Delegation

Incheon, South Korea - A high-level delegation from the Riyadh Integrated Zone (SILZ) in Saudi Arabia visited CJ Logistics' Incheon Global Distribution Center (GDC) to observe the company's advanced logistics operations and discuss future collaboration. 

The visit comes as CJ Logistics is constructing a Saudi GDC in Riyadh, which is set to be completed by the end of this year and is expected to boost the Middle East e-commerce industry.

The delegation, led by SILZ CEO Dr. Fadi Al-Buhairan and Chief Operating Officer Mr. Tino Bierbamet, toured the Incheon GDC, where CJ Logistics showcased its cutting-edge logistics technology, including robotics and automated facilities. 

The Incheon GDC is a model for the upcoming Saudi GDC, with a total floor area of 18,000㎡ and a daily processing volume of 15,000 boxes.

Dr. Al-Buhairan expressed his enthusiasm for the state-of-the-art logistics center being built in Saudi Arabia and the potential role of CJ Logistics in boosting the Middle East e-commerce market. 

Youngho Jang, Executive Vice President of CJ Logistics, emphasized its commitment to successfully building and operating the Saudi GDC, leveraging its "super-gap logistics technology" and operational capabilities.

CJ Logistics has been strengthening its position in the Middle East logistics market through its subsidiary CJ ICM, which has a strong presence in the project logistics field, transporting oversized and heavy cargo across the Middle East, Europe, and CIS.
