Seoul, South Korea — LG Electronics (066570. KS) has recently unveiled the CLOi ServeBot (model LDLIM31), an autonomous service robot designed for use in hospitality and healthcare settings. 

The robot has been designed with a four-door configuration for indoor deliveries. 

The robot's specifications include four compartments with a 30-kilogram capacity each, a six-wheel design with independent suspension, a 10.1-inch display, and camera sensors positioned within the compartments.

The robot utilizes artificial intelligence for navigation and can communicate with up to 20 units. 

Furthermore, the robot is equipped to use elevators and provide voice guidance for visually impaired users. 

LG is currently engaged in the expansion of its business-to-business operations in the delivery and logistics sector. 

After its initial release in South Korea, the CLOi ServeBot will be launched in North America and Asia.

The robot received the Red Dot Design Award 2024 and the iF Design Award 2024. 

Roh Kyu-chan, Vice President of LG's robot business division, has indicated that the company will continue developing robots for various sectors. 

LG is engaged in the development of comprehensive solutions for the entire distribution process, from the provision of robots to the final delivery stage.
