Naver Cloud launches enterprise version of AI-powered meeting management service.

Seoul, South Korea - Naver Cloud announced the release of "NAVER WORKS Clova Note," an enterprise version of its AI-based meeting management service "Clova Note."

The new offering enhances corporate productivity by enabling businesses to store, analyze, and capitalize on meeting data. 

This enterprise-focused tool is expected to assist companies in transforming meeting content into valuable data assets.

NAVER WORKS Clova Note introduces enhanced security features tailored for business environments. 

These include a corporate email login system, two-factor authentication, IP range restrictions, and device control measures. 

These additions are aimed at addressing the stringent security requirements of enterprise clients.

The service allows companies to customize AI models with industry-specific terminology and proper nouns, which can be registered under "frequently used words." 

This feature is intended to improve the accuracy of transcriptions and analysis for specific business contexts.

The service has been incorporated with an address book feature, which facilitates the sharing and management of work-related recordings among team members. 

Naver Cloud states that this addition will promote smoother collaboration within organizations.

Naver Cloud has outlined plans to expand the integration between the enterprise Clova Note and its collaboration tool, NAVER WORKS. 

The company also intends to develop the platform's AI capabilities further. 

Future enhancements are expected to include emotion recognition, automatic speaker identification, and multilingual simultaneous recognition.
