Seoul, South Korea - NAVER D2SF has invested in Studio Lab as part of a KRW 3.3 billion pre-Series A funding round led by SBI Investment.

Studio Lab develops an AI-powered eCommerce detail page creation solution.

The company's GENCY solution generates product detail pages in 15-30 seconds using a proprietary AI model that analyzes clothing characteristics.

The system produces marketing copy, thumbnails, layouts, and design elements from product photographs.

Studio Lab has partnered with 30 companies, including LF, W Concept, GS Retail, and Shinsegae.

Partner companies report double-digit percentage increases in product page engagement and click-through rates following implementation.

The startup's co-founders previously conducted fashion data research at Samsung Electronics.

Studio Lab's solution incorporates A/B testing and search optimization features to improve conversion rates.

The company plans expansion into the Japanese and U.S. markets.

Future development includes extending the technology to jewelry and other retail segments.

NAVER D2SF Center Head Sang-hwan Yang stated that the commerce sector is implementing generative AI, 3D, and robotics technologies.

The investment group plans to continue funding AI and commerce technology startups that align with NAVER's operations.
