ONDA will accelerate its global expansion by investing in Thailand’s Hoteliers.Guru.

The strategic partnership aims to establish a strong foothold in the Southeast Asian hospitality market and lead the digital transformation of the global hotel industry.

ONDA will provide technical support to Taiwanese and Thai hotels adopting its SaaS-based property management system, ‘DIVE.’

Founded in 2013, Hoteliers.Guru has built a strong reputation in the market with its channel manager and booking engine, which is currently used by over 700 leading hotels and resorts in Thailand.

The Thai government selected the company’s booking engine as a critical digital solution to rejuvenate domestic tourism during the pandemic.

With the resumption of international tourism and the need for digital transformation, demand for Hoteliers.Guru’s services are growing rapidly.

Last August, ONDA and Hoteliers.Guru signed an agreement to bring the latter’s partner hotels and resorts to major online distribution channels in South Korea through ONDA-HUB.

This investment solidifies their strategic partnership in the digital transformation of the global hotel market.

ONDA, which controls approximately 70% of South Korea’s domestic online accommodation booking market, has established strong partnerships with global tech giants, including South Korea’s first Airbnb Preferred Partner and Google Hotel Partner.

Recently, ONDA was ranked on the Financial Times’ list of Asia-Pacific high-growth companies for 2022-2023 for the second consecutive year.
