Lisbon, Portugal—Yanolja Group CSO and Yanolja Cloud CEO Jeff Kim said during the session at Web Summit 2024 that Yanolja's vertical AI platform connects 150,000 B2B enterprise clients to its data services Web Summit 2024.

The South Korean travel tech firm's enterprise solutions serve over 30,000 hotels and hospitality providers, while its B2C services reach more than 50% of South Korea's population for travel, entertainment, and leisure activities.

Operations have expanded to more than 200 countries, integrating over 80,000 sales channel clients, including online travel agencies, booking platforms, and tour operators.

The tech platform's machine-learning prediction tools analyze wholesale and retail pricing data across multiple channels. Retail prices are determined by supply and demand factors.

The AI-driven system processes real-time data from hotels, airlines, leisure facilities, and entertainment venues, managing events such as K-pop concerts with more than 100,000 attendees.

Following a six-year investment in developing its profitable vertical AI model, the travel tech provider began with B2B enterprise solutions and cloud-based analytics eight years ago.

Kim reported that traditional industry correlation rates are approximately 7%, highlighting the need for specialized data architecture in the travel sector.

The proprietary data lake technology standardizes diverse data formats for immediate processing, serving major global online travel agencies, booking platforms, travel agencies, tour operators, and wholesalers.

Client margin percentages and cost-to-revenue ratios are tracked through the platform's analytics tools, enabling real-time pricing optimization and inventory management.

This travel technology infrastructure maintains security protocols while processing comprehensive booking data, including check-in patterns and service demand metrics across properties.

The AI platform identifies booking patterns and tracks month-over-month cost changes and revenue growth across its connected properties and services.

Through integrated pre-travel booking data with during-travel experience information, the system creates streamlined data flows for both B2B and B2C services.
