Yanolja Cloud Acquires Innsoft for North American Expansion

Yanolja Cloud, a SaaS provider and subsidiary of Softbank Vision Fund-backed Yanolja has acquired US-based hospitality solutions company Innsoft to establish a base for expansion in the North American market. 

The acquisition price was not disclosed. Innsoft has provided solutions such as property management systems, channel management, and website booking systems to hospitality companies in North America for three decades.

Yanolja Cloud will leverage Innsoft’s network, infrastructure, and operational expertise to launch a suite of solutions optimized for the North American market. 

The company will provide Innsoft’s customers with digital user experiences to increase the adoption of SaaS-based hospitality solutions that simplify system deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.

In addition, Yanolja Cloud plans to launch a new self-check-in kiosk for hotels near highways and business hotels with unspecified visiting hours. 

The kiosk will streamline the check-in and check-out process for customers and improve the operational efficiency of the front desk staff. 

Jong Yoon Kim, CEO of Yanolja Cloud, emphasized the company’s commitment to leading the digital transformation of the global leisure industry with cloud-based solutions that support easy upgrades, maintenance, and high accessibility.
