Hyundai and Hilton Partner for EV Experiences in Tourism

TOKYO, Japan / SEOUL, South Korea—Hyundai Motor Company and Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) have agreed to collaborate on expanding electric vehicle (EV) experiences for customers in major tourist destinations. 

The initiative's inaugural phase will be implemented in Hawaii.

The partnership aims to provide premium customer experiences and sustainable mobility solutions, initially focusing on Hawaii's tourism market.

In April, Hyundai Mobility Japan initiated the "Hyundai Mobility Passport" campaign, which allowed customers to experience Hyundai vehicles at designated locations on Oahu Island.

Under the above-mentioned initiative, the companies intend to implement the "Hyundai Mobility Passport in Kona" program during the summer. 

The objective is to enhance customer satisfaction and brand recognition by providing distinctive electric vehicle (EV) experiences.

Yoo Seok Chung, Executive Vice President of Hyundai Motor Company, has indicated that the collaboration is part of their efforts to provide customers with seamless electric vehicle (EV) experiences.

The companies will assess the potential for a global expansion of the initiative based on projected demand and customer response to electric vehicles.

As the automotive and hospitality industries increasingly prioritize sustainability, this partnership may serve as a model for future collaborations to promote eco-friendly travel solutions.
