When searching for a specific brand on Naver, users will see an "expanded bubble" inviting them to chat with a virtual brand manager.
Powered by Naver's HYPERCLOVAX generative AI engine, the bot can respond to natural language questions, recommend relevant products, and guide users closer to a purchase.
In an initial test with Nike, click-through rates increased by nearly 20% compared to regular ads.
