Source: Big Hit Music

Seoul, South Korea - K-pop sensation V's solo efforts continue to dominate headlines as two new remixes of the title track "Slow Dancing" from his album "Layover" were released on October 23, 2023, at 13:00 KST.

The remixes are a testament to the significant impact of the original song. "Slow Dancing" debuted at number 51 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart on September 23rd.

The album "Layover" debuted at number 1 on Oricon's weekly digital album rankings on September 18th.

To further cement its success, the album received a "Gold" certification from the Japan Recording Industry Association in September, signifying over 100,000 copies in local shipments.

V collaborated with musicians FRNK and Cautious Clay for the remixes.

The "FRNK Remix" incorporates Afro rhythms, transforming the song into an upbeat anthem designed to physically and emotionally move you.

On the other hand, the "Cautious Clay Remix" is an instrumental ensemble of flute, keys, and drums that provides a unique listening experience.

To accompany the release of the "FRNK Remix," a brand new music video has also been released.

This updated visual offering adds a layer of intimacy to V's artistry by incorporating previously unreleased scenes and behind-the-scenes footage.

Most notably, animation is interspersed throughout, adding to the already vibrant atmosphere of the track.

It provides a window into the many facets of V, from his intense focus during filming to his more playful side.

While the original "Slow Dancing" music video has already captivated millions, the remixes and new video offer a multi-dimensional view of V as an artist.
