AI Startup You.com Raises $50 Million in Series B Funding.

Palo Alto, CA - You.com, a company that develops AI-based productivity tools, has raised $50 million in Series B funding. This brings the total funding for the Palo Alto-based startup to $99 million.

Georgian led the funding round. Other participants included Gen Digital, Salesforce Ventures, NVIDIA, SBVA, DuckDuckGo, and Day One Ventures.

Founded by Richard Socher and Bryan McCann, You.com creates AI agents for knowledge worker productivity. 

The company's products include a Research Agent for comprehensive report generation, a Genius Agent for problem-solving using Python code, and a Custom Agent feature for creating personalized AI agents.

You.com reports serving 1 billion queries since its November 2021 launch. 

The company states its annual recurring revenue has increased by 500% since January 2024.

The new funds will be used for operational expansion and development acceleration. 

You.com also provides APIs for AI and web-sourced information integration.

You.com is introducing a team collaboration feature and offers enterprise licenses starting at $25 per month per seat when billed annually.
