Seoul, South Korea - Nvidia Corp Chief Executive Jensen Huang introduced the company's new RTX Spark processor to the South Korean gaming market on Sunday, following its initial presentation at the GTC Taipei conference last week.

The RTX Spark chip is designed for Windows personal computers to support local artificial intelligence processing, content creation, and high-performance gaming. NVIDIA said the hardware will enable thin laptops with extended battery life and compact desktop units.

Technical specifications provided by the company indicate the processor supports gaming at 1440p resolution and frame rates exceeding 100 frames per second.

The hardware integrates Nvidia's ray tracing, DLSS, and Reflex technologies, and supports the newly announced DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction, which uses a second-generation transformer model for image rendering.

Huang's itinerary included visits to several internet cafes, known in South Korea as PC bangs, in Seoul to demonstrate the hardware alongside executives from major South Korean game developers.

At the T1 Base Camp, an esports facility owned by the T1 organization, Huang met with the reigning League of Legends World Championship team, including Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok.

NVIDIA announced a collaboration with Riot Games to optimize titles such as League of Legends and VALORANT for RTX Spark systems.

At Optimum Zone PC, Huang and Krafton Inc Chairman Chang Byung-gyu demonstrated PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS and Subnautica 2 running on the new hardware.

The demonstration included PUBG Ally, an unreleased co-playable AI character developed jointly by Krafton and Nvidia using Nvidia ACE technologies.

At Portal PC, Huang joined NCSoft Corp co-CEO Kim Taek-jin to showcase upcoming titles CINDER CITY and AION 2.

Attendees tested a demonstration of CINDER CITY, an open-world tactical shooter set to use DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation and Super Resolution when it releases later this year.

NVIDIA said more than 100 Windows software providers and game developers, including NetEase, Remedy Entertainment, and Microsoft's Xbox division, are currently adapting their products for the RTX Spark platform.
