Baemin B-Mart Posts Record Q1 2026 Growth

Seoul, South Korea - Baemin B-Mart, the quick-commerce service operated by Woowa Brothers, reported its strongest quarterly results to date in the first quarter of 2026, citing growth in fresh food and private-label categories as key drivers.

The company reported a 37 percent year-on-year increase in order volume for the January to March period. 

The number of customers rose 22 percent, while total transaction volume increased 36 percent over the same period. 

Compared to the previous quarter, order volume rose 27 percent and customer numbers increased 21 percent. 

The service has reached a cumulative total of eight million customers.

Woowa Brothers attributed the gains primarily to its fresh food segment, which recorded year-on-year sales growth of more than 50 percent.

Sales of the company’s private-label brand, Baemin Easy, rose 98 percent.

The company expanded its stock-keeping units by 20 percent year over year, adding offerings such as 990-won uniform-priced items, seafood, meat, and daily necessities.

Customer purchasing frequency also increased, with the proportion of users placing three or more orders per month rising 54 percent year-on-year.

Woowa Brothers said it used promotional pricing and offered unlimited 10 percent discount coupons to subscribers of its Baemin Club program to bolster customer acquisition and retention.
