Channel Corp Raises KRW11bn for AI Business Messenger Platform.

South Korean SaaS firm Channel Corporation secures KRW11bn funding led by Bon Angels for AI messenger expansion globally.

Seoul, South Korea—Channel Corporation has raised KRW11 billion (US$7.5 million) to fund its AI business messenger platform, Channel Talk. 

The latest round brings total investments to KRW51 billion (US$34.8 million).

Bon Angels Venture Partners led the investment round, which Laguna Investment and new investor Altos Ventures joined. 

The company did not disclose its post-money valuation.

Channel Talk serves 180,000 business clients across the fashion, beauty, and travel sectors. 

The platform integrates AI chatbots, chat consultations, CRM marketing, team messaging, internet telephony, and video calls.

The company reported 1,000 business adoptions of its AI agent 'ALF' within two months of launch. 

Channel Corporation is developing 'Voice ALF,' an AI-powered voice response system for customer inquiries.

The company has secured 20,000 clients in Japan, including fashion retailer Adastria and United Arrows. 

Channel Corporation operates across 22 countries, with international markets generating 25% of total revenue. 

The company established U.S. operations in 2022.
