Datarize Raises $11M in Series B Funding for E-commerce CRM.

Seoul, South Korea - Datarize, a South Korean startup that provides customer relationship management (CRM) marketing services to e-commerce companies, announced on Monday that it has raised KRW 15 billion ($11million) in a Series B funding round. 

The round was led by Atinum Investment, with participation from existing investors Stonebridge Ventures and Mirae Asset Venture Investment.

The funding brings Datarize's post-money valuation to an undisclosed amount. 

The company plans to use the fresh capital to further expand its presence in the global market, particularly in the United States and Japan, where it has already established subsidiaries. 

Datarize is also looking to enhance its technology by actively recruiting data and backend talent to bolster its internal workforce.

Founded in 2019, Datarize has quickly become a leading CRM marketing solutions provider in South Korea, boasting more than 500 clients and a service retention rate of 95%. 

The company's revenue has tripled year-on-year, with clients experiencing an average 8% increase in purchase conversion rates and a return on advertising spend (ROAS) of 3,854%.
