Hyundai Motor Group has announced the launch of its ZER01NE accelerator program for the first half of 2023.

This open innovation platform will facilitate collaboration between startups and various teams within the group on multiple projects.

The program aims to discover valuable startup companies and explore strategic use case opportunities for their innovative technology.

Startups can apply for one of 18 global projects developed by internal teams of the group under six main themes.

The participating teams responsible for the execution of the projects will review and select the applicants for each project.

Registered startups are eligible to apply. Applications can be submitted from February 17 through March 12 on the official application website.

Selected startups can access a project development budget and may be eligible for equity investment.

As part of the ZER01NE Accelerator program, 150 teams from 11 subsidiaries and 140 startups have been working on 107 joint projects, of which 74 startups have successfully received equity investments from the Group.
