LG Radio+ Launches with 14.5K Channels for Smart TV Audio Streaming

Seoul, South Korea - LG Electronics introduced LG Radio+, a new ad-supported audio streaming service for its smart TVs running webOS 6.0 and above, offering users access to podcasts and radio programs. 

The service, developed in partnership with global radio and audio provider Radioline, features over 14,500 channels in the United States and 440 channels in Korea. 

It includes NPR, CNN Radio, Fox Radio, and The Joe Rogan Experience content.

Using the LG Magic Remote, users can access LG Radio+ through multiple entry points, including the Content Store, Apps section, or voice search. 

The platform's interface includes an On Air page displaying popular audio channels, a Podcast page for on-demand content, and a Featured page showing real-time trending music updates.

LG plans to integrate the service with its ThinQ app in 2025, enabling audio streaming across LG audio devices. 

The company will extend compatibility to xboom speakers through a My button feature in 2025.

The service provides a personalized experience through a comprehensive channel list and allows users to create and access a selection of favorite channels. 

The platform's interface is designed to help users navigate through news, sports, music, and other audio content.
