LG Unveils Wireless OLED TVs with Advanced AI Features

LG Electronics launches 2025 OLED evo lineup featuring wireless transmission, enhanced brightness, and AI-powered customization.

Las Vegas, NV—LG Electronics unveiled its 2025 OLED EVO television lineup, which includes wireless capabilities and enhanced processing features.

The OLED EVO M5 series achieves wireless audio and video transmission at 144Hz without latency or quality degradation. 

The company's Alpha 11 AI processor Gen2 powers the new lineup, which incorporates Brightness Booster Ultimate technology and delivers triple the brightness of conventional OLED models.

Technical certifications for the 2025 models include UL Solutions' Perfect Black and Perfect Color verifications and Intertek's 100 percent color fidelity certification. 

The 65-inch M5, G5, and C5 models have received TÜV Rheinland's Quick Stability with Image Quality certification.

The gaming specifications encompass 4K 165Hz Variable Refresh Rate on 55, 65, 77, and 83-inch G-series models. 

The televisions feature NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium certifications, with VESA ClearMR 10000 certification for motion clarity.

The processing capabilities include analysis of 1.6 billion image settings and 40 million sound profiles for customization. 

The AI Sound Pro system delivers virtual 11.1.2 channels of surround sound. 

The Filmmaker Mode incorporates Ambient Light Compensation through light sensor detection.

The operating system processes utilize large language models for content search functions. The webOS platform integrates with the Home Hub, ThinQ, and Google Home systems. 

The manufacturer commits to five years of software updates through the webOS Re: New program.

The wireless transmission specifications apply to U.S. and South Korean markets at launch. 

The system transmits between the television screen and the Zero Connect Box, with measurements based on ISO/IEC 29170-2 standards.

The 83G5 model received the CES 2025 Best of Innovation Award, while the 83M5 modewas Honoredon in the Video Display category.
