Tokyo, Japan - LINE Yahoo Corporation has integrated an artificial intelligence feature into its "LINE Skimani" temporary employment service to streamline job posting creation.

The new function, launched on March 7, 2025, allows hiring managers to generate job headlines and descriptions in two steps.

After users input workplace details and specify whether experience is required, the system produces headlines of up to 50 characters and job descriptions of up to 1,000 characters.

Internal data shows that over 30% of hiring managers previously spent 30 minutes or more creating job postings from scratch.

With the new tool, LINE Yahoo aims to reduce posting creation time by 10-15 minutes.

The feature has been added to the content management system used by company recruiters.

LINE Skimani, launched in March 2021, connects companies with workers seeking temporary employment opportunities.

As of February 2025, the service had approximately 23 million registered users.

The AI function uses OpenAI's API and is available only to corporate users, not individual business owners.

LINE Yahoo states it does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of AI-generated content.
