LINE Yahoo and HYBE JAPAN Sign Comprehensive Partnership Agreement

Tokyo, Japan—LINE Yahoo Co., Ltd. announced on Thursday that it has entered into a comprehensive partnership agreement with HYBE JAPAN Co., Ltd.

The partnership will see nine HYBE MUSIC GROUP artists, including BTS, NewJeans, and &TEAM, open new "LINE Entertainment Accounts" on LINE Yahoo's platform. 

This initiative follows the recent rebranding of LINE's creator accounts to "LINE Entertainment Accounts" in May 2024.

LINE Yahoo aims to support HYBE MUSIC GROUP artists' activities through multi-faceted measures utilizing its services. 

The collaboration will leverage LINE Yahoo's assets, including LINE MUSIC, to provide unique content.

The partnership will enhance engagement between artists and fans while creating new revenue opportunities. 

LINE Yahoo's services, closely integrated with users' daily lives, will be used to promote HYBE MUSIC GROUP artists and their music.

Both companies intended to make music more accessible and enjoyable through new projects stemming from this partnership.
