Naver Boosts E-commerce AI Solutions for 160,000+ Merchants

Seoul, South Korea—Naver announced today that it is strengthening its Commerce Solution Market platform with enhanced AI-powered recommendations to support sellers' business growth.

The Commerce Solution Market, launched in 2022, provides technology solutions for product sourcing, management, marketing, sales, and customer service to merchants using Naver's Smart Store and Brand Store platforms.

The platform offers 81 different solutions, with over 160,000 merchants using at least one solution. 

Paid subscribers have increased more than 170% year-over-year to exceed 36,000 users, while merchants utilizing CLOVA AI-integrated commerce solutions grew 47% compared to last year.

External developers' revenue through the marketplace has also grown 170% year-over-year, indicating expanding ecosystem adoption. 

The company has redesigned the service's homepage based on accumulated seller feedback and usage patterns over the past two years.

The enhanced platform now provides personalized solution recommendations based on sellers' business tiers and growth stages. 

New merchants receive suggestions for essential operational tools like "Product Name Master" and "CLOVA Live Chat," while more established sellers are recommended advanced features such as "CLOVA Customer Product Recommendations."

Naver has also improved solution discovery by enhancing category-based browsing and displaying popular solution listings to increase accessibility for new users.

To encourage adoption among merchants unfamiliar with commerce solutions, Naver is running a "Commerce Solution Festa" promotion through the end of the month. 

The promotion offers 30-day free trials of 12 popular paid solutions to sellers who have never subscribed.

Featured solutions include Naver's AI-powered tools, such as "CLOVA Customer Product Recommendations," "CLOVA Related Product Recommendations," "CLOVA Similar Product Recommendations," and "Product Diagnosis Solution." 

Third-party solutions include "Review Display AI Manager" for review optimization, "Maemopan Pro" for product information optimization, and "Item Scout Ranking Tracker" for keyword analysis.
