Seoul, South Korea — Naver Corp. announced Tuesday it will integrate user-generated location reviews from its MYPlace service into its short-form content platform, Naver Clip, as part of a structural redesign of the application's interface.

The integration enables MYPlace users to link their location reviews—including text, photos, and short-form videos—directly to their Naver Clip profiles.

According to the company, this aggregated content will be distributed across Naver's digital ecosystem, including Home Feed, Integrated Search, and Topic Boards.

The update is intended to expand the Clip creator ecosystem by allowing place reviewers to act as content creators, managing both location reviews and general content from a single dashboard.

Naver also redesigned the Clip interface, reducing the main navigation tabs from 4—Subscriptions, Recommendations, Popular, and Spot—to 3 —Recommendations, Subscriptions, and My Clip.

The new Recommendations tab uses artificial intelligence to generate keyword tags and analyzes user activity to deliver personalized content feeds.

The Subscriptions tab compiles content exclusively from followed accounts, while the new My Clip tab functions as a dashboard for organizing and producing content.

A-young Kim, leader of Naver Clip, said the changes are intended to facilitate documentation of location-based experiences and lower entry barriers for creators joining the Clip ecosystem.
