Samsung Launches Galaxy S23 Smartphones Series.

After outstanding pre-orders, Samsung Electronics (KRX: 005930) announced the global availability of its latest Galaxy S23 smartphone series.

The pre-order numbers for the Galaxy S23 series were even higher than those for the Galaxy S22 series, with 60 percent of consumers opting for the premium Galaxy S23 Ultra.

“The great momentum we’re experiencing speaks to consumers’ excitement for products that push the boundaries and give them the freedom to express themselves creatively,” said TM Roh, President and Head of Mobile Experience Business at Samsung Electronics.

The Galaxy S23 series includes the Galaxy S23 Ultra with a 200-megapixel adaptive pixel sensor and S Pen, the Galaxy S23+, and the Galaxy S23.

The phones feature improved cameras, the world’s fastest mobile graphics, a design incorporating recycled materials, and enhanced security with Samsung Message Guard.

Beginning February 17, 2023, the Galaxy S23 smartphones will be available through carriers, retailers, and the Samsung website in four matte colors: Phantom Black, Cream, Green, and Lavender.

Several online-exclusive colors are available, including Graphite, Lime, Sky Blue, and Red for the Galaxy S23 Ultra and Graphite and Lime for the Galaxy S23 and S23+.

To celebrate the launch of the Galaxy S23 series launch, Samsung is also launching a 3D billboard campaign, starting in Seoul and rolling out to other cities worldwide.
