San Jose, CA—Samsung Electronics (KRX: 005930) introduced new foundry innovations and its AI vision at its annual Samsung Foundry Forum (SFF) in the U.S. 

The company announced two new process nodes, SF2Z and SF4U, and an integrated Samsung AI Solutions platform. 

The SF2Z process, with a 2nm scale, incorporates optimized backside power delivery network (BSPDN) technology and is scheduled for mass production in 2027.

 Samsung additionally underscored the advancement of its gate-all-around (GAA) technology, which has been in mass production for three years.

Samsung's sales of AI products have increased by 80% over the past year. The company offers a balanced technology portfolio across various applications. 

Samsung will convene its annual Samsung Advanced Foundry Ecosystem (SAFE™) Forum on June 13, focusing on developing customizable AI technologies and solutions.
